1. Overview

This Billing Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments, subscriptions, refunds, and cancellations for THOR, a property of Phoenix Technologies. By subscribing to THOR, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

2. Free Trial Period

THOR offers a 14-day free trial for new users to evaluate the service. During the trial period:

  • You have full access to all THOR features
  • No payment is required during the trial
  • You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged

If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription based on your selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

3. Non-Refundable Purchases

ALL PURCHASES MADE AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF THE FREE TRIAL PERIOD ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

By completing a purchase or allowing your trial to convert to a paid subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued for any subscription payments, regardless of usage or circumstances.
  • Partial refunds are not available for unused portions of a subscription period.
  • This policy applies to all billing cycles, whether monthly or yearly.
  • No exceptions will be made once a payment has been processed after the free trial period.

We strongly encourage you to fully evaluate THOR during your free trial period to ensure it meets your needs before your subscription begins.

4. Subscription Renewal Terms

THOR subscriptions are set to automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted service. The renewal terms depend on your selected billing cycle:

Monthly Subscriptions

If you have selected a monthly billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew every month on the same date as your original subscription start date. Your payment method on file will be charged the applicable monthly rate.

Yearly Subscriptions

If you have selected a yearly billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew every year on the anniversary of your original subscription start date. Your payment method on file will be charged the applicable yearly rate.

You will receive a reminder email before each renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue your subscription.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your THOR subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

What Happens When You Cancel

Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to THOR until the date on which your next renewal was scheduled to occur.

For example:

  • If you have a monthly subscription that renews on the 15th of each month and you cancel on the 5th, you will continue to have full access until the 15th.
  • If you have a yearly subscription and you cancel 3 months into your subscription year, you will continue to have full access for the remaining 9 months until your renewal date.

No partial refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining time in your subscription period. The cancellation simply prevents future automatic renewals.

6. Account Management After Cancellation

Even after cancelling your subscription, you retain the following capabilities indefinitely:

  • Disconnect accounts: You may disconnect any trading accounts or integrations associated with your THOR account at any time.
  • Remove subscriptions: You have the permanent right to remove and delete your subscription information from our system.
  • Access account settings: You can log into your account to manage your data and preferences even after your subscription has expired.
  • Data control: You maintain control over your account data and can request its deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These rights remain available to you forever, regardless of your subscription status.
