This Cookie Policy explains how Phoenix Technologies, société par actions simplifiée ("Phoenix Technologies", "we", "us"), publisher of the THOR software, uses cookies and similar technologies on the website thortradecopier.com, and how you can control them at any time. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
For consumers residing in France, the French version of this policy prevails: Politique de cookies.
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device (computer, tablet or phone) and reads back on later visits. Cookies set by us are "first-party" cookies; cookies set by another company through our pages are "third-party" cookies. In this policy, "cookies" also covers similar technologies such as your browser's localStorage, which stores information on your device without an expiry date until you delete it.
On your first visit, a banner offers you three choices presented with the same prominence: Accept all, Reject all and Customize. No cookie other than the strictly necessary ones listed below is set before you have made your choice.
Your choice, whether it is consent or refusal, is stored for 6 months. After 6 months, we ask you again.
You can change your mind at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer of every page: it reopens the consent manager, where you can withdraw or grant consent per category as easily as you gave it.
Refusing cookies never blocks access to the site. If you reject everything, only the strictly necessary cookies remain and you can browse normally.
This consent mechanism implements Article 82 of the French law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and the CNIL guidelines and recommendation on cookies (délibérations n° 2020-091 and 2020-092).
Legal basis. Strictly necessary cookies (section 3.1) are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing the site you request (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), alongside the consent exemption for such cookies under Article 82 of law n° 78-17. Audience measurement cookies (section 3.2) and marketing and affiliation cookies (section 3.3) are used exclusively on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time as described in section 2.
These items are required for the site to work and are exempt from consent under the CNIL guidelines (délibération n° 2020-091). They cannot be switched off.

These cookies help us understand how the site is used (pages visited, traffic sources). They are set only after you accept audience measurement cookies. The provider is Google Ireland Limited; the data collected may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (see section 4). The audience measurement data collected through these cookies is retained in Google Analytics for a maximum of 14 months.

We use a single marketing cookie, set only after you accept marketing cookies. If you arrive via a partner link and have not accepted marketing cookies, the referral code is kept only in your browser's sessionStorage for the duration of your current visit and disappears when you close your browser; it is written into the thor_aff cookie only after you accept marketing cookies.
Partners who refer visitors are bound by our Affiliate Terms, which include the disclosure obligations applicable to commercial influence under French law n° 2023-451 of 9 June 2023. Attribution records derived from this cookie are kept for as long as necessary to calculate and verify partner commissions, then archived for 10 years as accounting records (article L. 123-22 of the French Commercial Code).

Two third parties set cookies through this site: Cloudflare, Inc. (strictly necessary security cookies, section 3.1) and Google Ireland Limited (audience measurement, section 3.2). The measurement data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States; this transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC has certified (Articles 44 et seq. GDPR). Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) is likewise certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Web fonts and icons are served directly from our own domain: loading them sends your data to no third-party font provider.
We use no advertising networks and no Facebook pixel. No cookie on this site is used to serve you targeted advertising on other websites.
In addition to our consent manager, every modern browser lets you block or delete cookies through its settings, either for all websites or site by site. You can also delete the localStorage data mentioned above by clearing your browsing data. Please note that blocking all cookies, including the strictly necessary ones, may prevent the authenticated areas of the site from working.
Your choice is stored locally on your device, in the thor_cookie_consent cookie. We do not build any profile from it: it is used solely to apply and remember your preferences.
We update this policy whenever the cookies used on the site change or when the applicable rules evolve. The date and version number at the top of this page indicate the latest revision. If we introduce a new category of cookies requiring consent, they will not be set until you have consented through the consent manager.
